To be a leading football club in Hertfordshire where children aged 5 to 18 and beyond can have fun, develop, and thrive both on and off the pitch.

We aim to provide a friendly, inclusive, and high-quality football environment within our community that attracts players, coaches, and committee members from diverse backgrounds.

We are committed to promoting girls' football and encouraging more female coaches to join the game, as we strongly believe in increasing female participation within our club.

We also strive to offer opportunities for disability football, ensuring that everyone has the chance to play this beautiful game.

As our players progress through the age groups, we aim to provide additional developmental opportunities through refereeing and coaching qualifications. We also plan to establish adult teams so that our players’ journeys can continue beyond youth football.

We are dedicated to continually investing in our coaches, committee members, equipment, and facilities for the benefit of our players, ensuring that Potters Bar United remains one of the leading football clubs in Hertfordshire.

• Discipline & Fairness: We address any disciplinary incidents promptly, fairly, and impartially, following pre-defined processes in line with guidance from Hertfordshire FA.
• Leading by Example: We ensure all members of the club set a good example for others and address any unwanted behaviour.
